Measure your wrist tightly, and add about 1" to determine the bracelet size you need. (The extra 1" will leave room for your new beads.)Back to top

The best and safest way to clean your bracelet is to use a jewelry polishing cloth. Do not use dip type silver cleaners. It will remove the beautiful patina on your bracelet. Do not expose your bracelet to harsh cleaning chemicals, especially chlorine, they can damage your bracelet.Back to top

Depending on the length of your bracelet chain, and the size, of your beads, you can fit 16 to 20 beads on your Trollbead bracelet.Back to top
- Do other beads, such as Pandora or Chamilia, fit on my bracelet?
You can add Pandora and Chamilia beads to your Troll bead bracelet, but you cannot put Trollbeads on Pandora or Chamilia.Back to top
- How do Trollbead bracelets work?

- What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your Trollbeads purchase you may return it for a full refund, (minus any shipping charges) or for an exchange. Items must be returned in its original packaging. Items that have been misused or abused cannot be returned or exchanged. Please return your purchase within 15 days of receipt of your shipment (All purchases in December can be exchanged or refunded until the 10th of January).
Please assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange on the back of your packing slip.
We'll credit you the value of the item and any North Carolina taxes you were charged within 3 business days of receiving it. Shipping charges are non-refundable. (This means, that at our discretion, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of shipping from your refund) If you have any questions, please email us at customerservice@ordertrollbeads.com
