What size Trollbead bracelet should I order?
Measure your wrist tightly, and add about 1" to determine the bracelet size you need. (The extra 1" will leave room for your new beads.)
How do I clean my Trollbead bracelet?
The best and safest way to clean your bracelet is to use a jewelry polishing cloth. Do not use dip type silver cleaners. It will remove the beautiful patina on your bracelet. Do not expose your bracelet to harsh cleaning chemicals, especially chlorine, they can damage your bracelet.
How many beads will fit on my bracelet?
Depending on the length of your bracelet chain, and the size, of your beads, you can fit 16 to 20 beads on your Trollbead bracelet.
Do other beads, such as Pandora or Chamilia, fit on my bracelet?
You can add Pandora and Chamilia beads to your Troll bead bracelet, but you cannot put Trollbeads on Pandora or Chamilia.
How do Trollbead bracelets work?
All of the Trollbead bracelet clasps (also called Locks) open on each side. The smaller side unlocks to add your beads, the larger side opens so that you can put your bracelet on without the beads falling off. Brilliant!
Is my credit card information secure?
We process our credit purchases using Authorize.Net. They provide the highest level of transaction processing security available and are dedicated to combating fraud and keeping customer information safe. Click their logo at the bottom of this page for more informaion.
What is the warranty on Trollbeads products?
Lund Trading (The US distributor of Trollbeads) extends, through us OrderTrollbeads.com, a limited lifetime warranty on all of their jewelry against manufacturer defects for the life of the jewelry so long as Lund remains the exclusive North American distributor of that line of jewelry. In the event of a manufacturer defect, please contact us for a replacement.

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your Trollbead purchase you may return it for a full refund, (minus any shipping charges) or for an exchange. Items must be returned in it's original packaging. Items that have been misused or abused cannot be returned or exchanged. Please return your purchase within 15 days of receipt of your shipment (All purchases in December can be exchanged or refunded until the 10th of January).

Please assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange on the back of your packing slip.

We'll credit you the value of the item and any North Carolina taxes you were charged within 3 business days of receiving it. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please email us at customerservice@ordertrollbeads.com.

If the return is a result of our error, we will, of course refund the shipping as well.
